A classic desert racing image

Here, Dean Sundahl races his Honda ATC three-wheeler in the desert. Everyone talks about how challenging it is to compete in Baja aboard high-dollar quads with all the support in the world. How would you like to tackle the same course on one of these ATCs? If you’ve ridden one of these classic wheelers, share your thoughts on its handling, overall ride, etc. I’d be interested to hear from those of you who have raced Baja or any desert race on one of these old Hondas and a modern-day sport quad.
